For our steak we source grass-fed eye fillet beef, for which Chef Brett designs optimal sauce & hand-cut organic frites.

Our Wines

We take great care to source high quality, sustainable, minimal intervention wines. Regardless of a winemaker's philosophy, a good wine can only come from well grown grapes. It is really in the vineyard/soil where a good wine starts. As with food production, sustainable soil management, along with careful plant care, produces a superior experience at the table.
