For our steak we are currently sourcing sustainable, grass-fed beef cuts, for which Chef Brett designs optimal sauce & potato accompaniments, and yes, you can order a side of fries if you must have steak frites. :)

We take great care to source high quality, sustainable, minimal intervention wines. Regardless of a winemaker's philosophy, a good wine can only come from well grown grapes. It is really in the vineyard/soil where a good wine starts. As with food production, sustainable soil management, along with careful plant care, produces a superior experience at the table.
The proof is in the pudding, right?
